By purchasing or using a La Joie Living eGift Card, you agree to the following terms:

General

1. La Joie Living eGift Cards are valid for online purchases only at the La Joie Living website.

2. eGift Cards are digital products and will be provided via email only.

3. eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and this purchase is non-refundable.

Activation & Usage

4. eGift Cards will be activated within 24 hours of purchase and cannot be used before activation.

5. You may be asked to provide additional verification before your eGift Card is activated for security purposes.

6. eGift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with sale items, discount codes, coupons, promotional offers, or other discounts unless expressly stated by La Joie Living.

Balance & Redemption

7. No change will be given for purchases made using an eGift Card.

8. Any unused balance will remain on the card and may be used for future purchases until the expiry date.

9. All values are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Expiry

10. eGift Cards expire 12 months from the date of issue.

11. Any remaining value at the expiry date will be forfeited and is not refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Incorrect Details

12. eGift Cards are treated as digital cash. Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged cards cannot be replaced, returned, or refunded.

13. La Joie Living is not responsible for eGift Cards that are lost, misdirected, or undeliverable due to an incorrect email address provided at checkout.

14. La Joie Living reserves the right to reject any eGift Card that has been tampered with, duplicated, altered, or suspected of fraud.

Liability

15. La Joie Living is not liable for delays, inability to redeem, or balance errors arising from:

• technical issues

• website outages or maintenance

• email filtering or spam blockers

• third-party payment gateways

Other

16. La Joie Living may update or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
    Changes will not affect eGift Cards already issued.

17. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
